Google Business Profile Data
When you connect your Google account via OAuth, we access your Google Business Profile data including your business name, address, customer reviews (text, ratings, and reviewer display names), and business profile metadata. We only access data you explicitly authorize through the Google OAuth consent flow.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive your billing email, the last four digits of your card, and your subscription status from Stripe.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, and timestamps.
Device and Browser Data
We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, and operating system through our analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. AI Processing of Review Data
Reviews from your Google Business Profile are processed by AI to generate response suggestions. These suggestions are presented to you for review before any action is taken. No response is published to Google without your explicit approval, unless you have enabled auto-publish in your settings. Review data may be used to improve AI response quality over time.
4. Google OAuth and API Data
We use Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication and to access your Google Business Profile. We request only the permissions necessary to read your reviews and publish responses. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time through your Google Account settings.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Platero AI:
- Google — Business Profile API for reading reviews and publishing responses
- Stripe — Payment processing, governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy
- Vercel — Application hosting and web analytics
